Senior Software Engineer

Core contributor to MUD, a collection of tools for building Ethereum apps. Contributed to the DUST 3D game client, the SDK that lets third-party developers plug their own apps into the client, and built the default in-game apps such as market trading and construction blueprints. Owned the frontend architecture of Worlds Explorer, a data-heavy Next.js app for inspecting MUD-based worlds.

Auditing Apprentice

Participated in security audits of production Solidity smart contracts for teams such as thirdweb, Synthetix, and PoolTogether. Combined manual code review with unit testing, fuzz testing, and formal verification to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Principal Web Developer

Developed and maintained Volvo Cars' web design system and its Storybook component library. Led the development of a custom CMS and internationalization platform with a React front end and a Nest.js backend, and moved the team to trunk-based development to speed up shipping.

Software Engineer

Developed internal observability tools for incident discovery and mitigation. Built data-driven React and D3.js interfaces, and improved tool reliability and adoption by adding Sentry error tracking and custom Google Analytics events for usage insights.

Freelance Full-Stack Developer

Delivered end-to-end web applications for external clients on the MERN stack, working directly with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into final products.
